11:55pm, five minutes to midnight- boys like girls.
Fatigue's starting to settle in me, the toll of strenous excercise, running 2.4km 2times as well as playing an exorbidant amount of basketball is coming to me, always feels this way on every tuesday since theres co-curricular activities after physical education. Guess i'll be waking up early to continue on my work tomorrow.
Though i'm not lagging behind in terms of homework; yet, theres definitely more room for improvement in my grades. Am really just too tired right now to study, my brain's in a half suspended state, i stared at the same tutorial question for 10 whole minutes without thinking, just stoning right now, a definite sign of a need to sleep, guess that always happens when you've only slept 4 hours the previous night and tonight u really need more sleep because you're no bionic bunny O_o.
Also, today i had a relapse of what happend to me during my end of sec3/early sec4 phase of my life, heres a short summary of what happend then: apparently i knocked myself in the head somewhere, wasn't feelin too well so naturally went to consult the doc, bouts of dizziness + low heartrate + difficulty in breathing, next thing i knew i woke up in kk hospital. Kk pretty much couldn't find out what the hell was wrong with this guy so they let him go but he had to come back for regular consultations on his health. There could still be some ailment in my body that no doc found out. shit.
As i was sayyyying earlier, i had a minor relapse again today, pushed myself during interval 2.4km training a bit more, but ended up feeling really dizzy, as well as had difficulty breathing, similar synthoms to that of last time, perhaps more minor cos it pretty much lasted only for about 20-30minutes, was feeling much better afterwards.
Guess that tells me not to push myself way too far during pe next time, cos i never ever want to get hospitalized again in my life.
H&F recruitment tomorrow, yet theres a science-based practical assesment on the following day, guess i'll have to just bring my notes to the gym since its compulsory to go.
School starts @ 8:25am tomorrow =D. tired. goodbye.
