Childhood & Movies
Nothing much to talk about today, finally got down to serious work, did my stuff (though not yet finished), made my way to challenger to get the gadgets i desperately needed.
Lets see, i finally got something that would prop my notebook up for better movie comfort + using comp on my bed :D, the stand even allows me to rotate my notebook 360degrees, how cool is that shit? All for 10bucks! I also got my CD-R's, all for quite cheap a price i'd say.
Today, i watched this show, its kinda like an old movie, titled: Unaccompanied minors
Yes, Nic likes to watch kiddy shows.
But then again, i love watching movies.
Its somewhat like HomeAlone, airport style, 5 kids get stranded at an airport, punk the adults in the course of escaping, and evantually gets everyone to like them for some reason or another.
Yup, its like a repeat of homealone and everything also happens during christmas time, with all the snow and whatnot.
Honestly, although the plot was kinda cheesy and half-baked and seriously made no sense, i kinda enjoyed the show. Well, not all movies have to make sense.
This kind of led me thinking about my childhood, or the lack of it whatsoever.
I realised my childhood kinda just past quite calmly, nothing dramatic, nothing to remember about, in fact, i don't think i quite enjoyed it that much ^o) (sacarstic smilie)
Possible the only fond memory i have would be that of me, going to gold coast for 7days, visiting movie/sea/dream world, where i sat in what was thought to be a damn scary ride when i was 7 years old, and my untied shoe dropped into the water, where the guard guys just had to fish the shoe up using a fake shark.
And, the best thing about being a child is that everyone will forgive you, no matter what you do, not to mention er, lighter setences etc. etc.
And lastly, the whole point of this post is just to tell you all i love movies, so GOGO INVITE ME TO WATCH A SHOW OK?
